did you already have a look on this thread here? http://www.dghtserver.de/foren/viewtopic.php?TopicID=28039 ? There was also an answer by multi later. You wil find it with the "Suchen"-function.

The easiest way to see freshwater turtles or Gopher tortoises is to visit a state park whre they occur. In these parks the animals are used to photographing visitors and therefore not as shy as outside the parks. Here is an overlook of Florida's state parks: http://www.floridastateparks.org/images/default.cfm - read the descriptions of the parks near you and I am sure that you will have one or more ideas where you will want to go!
