Hallo,
hat hier jemand folgende Formulare:
European legislation
The European Union regulates the trade in fauna
and flora and these regulations are based on the
CITES lists. The original Council Regulation (EC) No
338/97 of 9 December 1996 is updated when
necessary and the most recent update is the Commiss
ion Regulation No 101/2012
of 6 February 2012.
This list contains the updated Commission Regulatio
n for Annexes A, B, C (snakes on p.169-170) and
D (snakes on p. 197).
Annex A
contains all CITES Appendix I species. Also
several Appendix II species are added here.
Besides that also species are added that are prot
ected by other European directives, which are not
necessarily CITES species.
Annex B
contains most of the CITES Appendix II species.
Annex C
contains most of the CITES Appendix III species.
Annex D
contains species of which the import into
the European Community is monitored.
Documents that you need when you want to buy or sell these species:
Transfer declaration
- Annex B species of which the legal origin can be proven
- Annex C species
- Annex D species
A transfer declaration contains the names and
addresses of vendor and purchaser, description of the
animal (scientific name, characteristics, sex, the da
te of birth when born and bred in captivity, the
import certificate number when wild caught), place and
date, and signatures of both the vendor and the
purchaser. When the animal is wild caught it is advise
d to also ask for a copy of the original import
certificate.
Notice of import into your own country
- Annex C species, which are not on the CITES lists
- Annex D species
This form is available from the CITES desk in your country.
Leider finde ich letzteres nicht zum Download, da sind nur Anträge für Import-/Exportgenemigungen. Was bei Anhang D Tieren aber nicht nötig ist.
Viele Grüße
Malte
